Hello! My name is David and I am a Great British decathlete/indoor heptathlete studying towards a physiotherapy degree at Brunel University. I have been competing in athletics for years but it hasn’t been until the last three or four years that I’ve really got into multi-events and competing in the decathlon. I train six times a week for up to five hours each session, so my days are pretty hectic but I love it nonetheless. In my spare time other than athletics I like relaxing in the spa on my university campus and playing golf with my mates.
